Free shipping over DKK 600 (without distribution)
You can choose between shipping in Denmark, with Postdanmark without distribution for DKK 39 or Postdanmark with distribution for DKK 59. For orders over DKK 600, Aerowalk Denmark will pay shipping without distribution to Denmark. If you choose shipping with distribution in Denmark, shipping always costs 59 DKK. regardless of the size of the purchase.
Shipping to the Faroe Islands
Shipping to the Faroe Islands costs DKK 100 with normal mail (ship). By air, it costs DKK 190 up to 5 kg. And if your package weighs less than 1 kg it costs 150 kr. Our webshop cannot even calculate what the package weighs, so if it weighs less than 1 kg. we deduct 40 DKK. from your payment before we ship the package
Shipping to Greenland
Shipping to Greenland costs DKK 125 with normal mail (ship). By air, it costs DKK 290 up to 5 kg. and weighing your package under 1 kg it costs 190 kr. Our webshop can not even figure out what the package weighs, then it is under 1 kg. we will deduct 100 DKK from your payment before we send the package

We aim to ship your item the same day if your order is received before 1 p.m. 14.00. If you choose to pay by bank transfer or check, your item will be shipped as soon as payment is received. All prices are in DKK and incl. Danish VAT but excl. postage. We make reservations for any. printing errors in prices, and sold out items.
You have 14 days to cancel when you shop with us.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you;
a) have received your item
(b) obtains the last item in physical possession in the case of an agreement on several different goods ordered in a single order and delivered individually;
(c) obtain the final lot or the last part in physical possession in the case of an agreement for the supply of a product consisting of several lots or parts;
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. In your communication, please make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you return later than 14 days after receipt, a minimum of 30% of the purchase price is deducted.
You cannot regret simply by refusing to receive the item without giving us clear notice at the same time.
You must return your order to us without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return of the item. Upon return, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly wrapped. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.
When returning, please fill in the returned return form. Please always state the reason for return. Then return the item and return slip to us. Swapping takes about 3-4 days, repayment, usually takes 6-8 business days. Always return as a mail package and remember to ask for a receipt.
The condition of the item when you return it
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the product due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and manner of operation of the product. In other words: you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item is tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the trade value of the item. In order to receive the full purchase amount, you must do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the item, but do not use it for real use.
Repayment of the purchase amount
If you cancel your purchase, you will of course refund the amount you paid us. In the event of any impairment for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted. If you exercise your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but no extra costs as a result of your choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to cancel this Agreement. We will make such a refund with the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. We can withhold the refund until we have received the item, unless you have provided documentation before returning it.

What should I send back?
With the item you return, please attach a copy of your invoice as well as our return slip / standard cancellation form

If there is something wrong with the item (right of complaint)
The Purchasing Act's deficiency rules may apply to goods purchases. When you shop on www.aerowalk.dk you have of course 24 months right of complaint. This means that you can either get the item repaired, replaced, refunded or discounted, depending on the specific situation. Of course, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of an improper use of the product or other injurious behavior.
How soon should I advertise?
You must advertise within "reasonable time" after you discover the defect in the item. If you advertise within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.
We refund reasonable shipping costs
If the complaint is justified, we will of course reimburse your (reasonable) shipping costs.
